Responsibilities:
A- Deliveries should be maintained intact and onl time as per defined dock in /dock out. Person should know the functions and process assigned and ensure completion.
B- To follow HSE guideline as per defined SOP on health and safety, COVID & PPE.
C- Consignment should be delivered without any error whether its document or physical.
D- Approach with customer should be positive and service oriented, in no case customer should feel bad approach whatsoever.
