Job Description:
A- Supervising the team preparing and developing policies, procedures and processes for managing strategies and institutional performance.
B- Reviewing and evaluating the policies and comparing them with the various provisions, laws and directives of the authority to organize the policies in line with the general and strategic directions of the authority.
C- Supervising the preparation of policies that aim to develop the work of the authority to be in line with the development movement of the Emirate of Dubai.
D- Supervising the process of conducting studies and research on policies, and then collecting, organizing and evaluating the data needed to prepare and develop policy recommendations.
E- Supervising the process of preparing and formulating policies in accordance with best practices and benchmarking.
F- It is recommended to provide technical support to organizational units in preparing and formulating policies in line with the Authority’s strategic planning methodology.
