1- Specialist – Manpower Planning
Full Time

Responsibilities:
A- Perform researches on HR Technology trends, propose new HR improvements on current programs and recommends solutions by acting as key player in defining how leverage processes and technology trends in delivering high quality and efficiency.
B- Make sure the high level of satisfaction among all the users on all HRD initiatives and programs and provide support to them.
C- Manage the policies and standards associated with the usage of HCM applications, to ensure compliance by all users, including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors, KRONOS and GRP systems.
D- Function as a single point of contact for all the HRD technology related projects and manage the relation with all the HRD technology vendors in coordination with the ITD.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
B- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
C- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
