Position:
Reporting to the Regional Learning Manager, member of the Retail Support Division, you will bring an entrepreneurial attitude across multiple stores to deliver outstanding Service Excellence & Brand Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Lead by example: demonstrate best-in-class floor management, client experience, coaching of CAs.
B- Drive the feedback & coaching ethos to develop & motivate their teams.
C- Lead store based workshops & leverage retail expertise to improve the service excellence through enhanced shop floor management organization & operational competence.
D- Identify opportunities to take the team to a higher level as ambassadors of our brand exploring High End and Fashion. Define with management a plan o bring them to the next level.
Job Requirements:
A- Truly passionate about learning & an inspiration to the retail community, through regular visits, you will support stores to take the teams to a higher level & drive the feedback and coaching ethos.
B- As a Retail Field Coach Trainer, your mission is to support and develop retail teams to deliver best in-class service excellence.
