1- Operations Executive – Trading Enterprises – Honda
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for all activities related to inbound process of import of Cars, Motorcycles, Power products.
B- Verifies invoice prices against the agreed pricing as specified in the order.
C- Creating Purchase order with the right article, variant, price, customs duty, freight, bank charges, based on the approved order.
D- Arrange for insurance of vehicle consignment from their port of departure to the destination in UAE.
E- Create shipping notifications on SAP to start clearance from port.
F- Final settlement posts in SAP for each bill of entry to process customs duty payment.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree.
B- 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
C- Strong data analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills able to present complex data in business language to non-technical stakeholders.
D- Technical data skills including data modelling and creating algorithms.
