FIVE Hotels & Resorts is the hospitality division of Dubai-based real estate group, FIVE Holdings. The hospitality operator opened its flagship hotel and residences, FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai, in March 2017.
1- Duty Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Work closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries – especially when VIP Guests and long-stay Guests.
B- Occupy the hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly at busy times.
C- Engage Guests in conversation, and provide general assistance.
D- Manage, record, and resolve all Guest complaints promptly and effectively.
E- Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival.
F- Coordinate the services and special facilities provided to long-stay Guests.
Requirements:
A- A Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude.
B- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
C- An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
D- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and security procedures.
