1- Education Recruiter
SCHOOL SUPPORT CENTRE
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Consistent implementation of robust recruitment processes and best practices.
B- Lead and deliver on the recruitment of all vacancies as per the recruitment-operating model in assigned schools or clusters and working with challenging KPIs.
C- Screen and interview prospective candidates and would be able to assess their suitability for the role through face to face, online or phone interviews.
D- Develop quality relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial contact, through interview and on boarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all times.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
B- 5yrs+ recruitment experience is essential, with some experience of agency recruitment preferred.
C- Experience of working in the Education sector is preferred.
D- Used to working with challenging targets in a KPI driven environment.
