1- EHS Supervisor

Abu Dhabi, UAE
About Role:
Improve the EHS of employees by facilitating, monitoring, and ensuring the actual implementation of the EHS Management System on the shop floor and provide the guidance where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
A– To provide EHS advice/guidance/coaching to the UAE team using different approaches (direct and support them to implement and comply with all EHS requirements in a sustainable manner).
B– Complete regular checks and inspections and prepare related reports.
C– Generate drivers’ behavior evaluation reports and communicate and follow up in timely manner.
D– Update safety logs/registers and file and control of all safety records.
Requirements:
A- Strong people management skills.
B- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking (root-cause analysis, setting action plans…etc.).
C- Excellent Planning & Organizing skills.
D– Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages and literacy in computer usage.
