1- Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:
The key purpose of this role is to oversee the planning and scheduling of all resources required to deliver the electrical maintenance service including parts, labour and the input of the specialist service delivery partners. The Electrical Engineer will take responsibility for the electrical Estates Maintenance Team, ensure that day-to-day tasks are undertaken and have an integral part in the development of the team.
Key Accountabilities:
A- Provide technical support to the project on all Electrical Systems (inc. LV, ELV and Back-up systems)
B– Own the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures, and protocols for the electrical services (inc. Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures)
C- Support the Maintenance activities of the department by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of building services.
D- Undertake Authorized Person (AP) duties for LV systems.
Requirements:
A– Degree in Electrical Engineering.
B– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance role.
C- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing teams of technicians.
