1- UAE National – Electrical Engineer – AFET
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Delivering the project on time, within the budget and acceptable quality to all stakeholders.
B- Liaise with all stake holders (Main Contractors, Consultants, Client and internal departments) to ensure project deliverables    are catered during the engineering, execution and close out of the project.
C- Â Coordinating with Planning Engineer, Junior Engineers and Supervisors in quantifying total material and labour requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, planning / arranging of labor / sub-contractors.Â
D- Coordinating with Planning Engineer, Junior Engineers, and Supervisors in monitoring daily productivity, comparing with planned, taking corrective actions for loss of productivity.
E- Manage / Oversee installation and construction work from time to time and ensure efficient standards of workmanship are maintained.
Requirements:
A- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
B- Fresh graduate with up to 2 years preferred experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management.
