1- Production Facilities – Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:
A- Managing and supervising the team of discipline engineers and designers. Ultimate responsible for the quality of the engineering being executed and delivered by the team.
B- Providing training, support and development to the team.
C- Developing and encouraging engineering progression through SLB programs. Assign engineering resources to proposals, projects and operation supports as needed.
D- Monitor and assess engineering performance, quality and provide feedback for improvement.
E- Provide advice to the team in Identifying the right engineering design vendor and execute the project inline with the schedule & budget.
Job Requirements:
A- 20+ years Industry experience.
B- Prior design work experience as lead for a minimum of 5 years in Production Facility Engineering.
C- Experience in executing proposal, FEED and detail engineering of various oil & gas projects.
D- Thorough knowledge on reputed client specifications and international codes / standards.
