Job Description:
Inspect, repair, and maintain all kind of Electrical equipment’s and SMDB’s and motors & Controls. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the electrical rooms and mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage trough the BMS system. Attend to guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments regarding break downs  of equipment’s associated with lights, sound system, telephones, IPTV system, GRMS & low current system  etc. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
