1- Human Resources Manger , Remuneration
The HR Manager, Remuneration will plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company’s goals and competitive practices. In this role you will ensure that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
A- Manage the overall research, design and implementation of new or revised remuneration packages to attract, engage and motivate employees.
B- Manage budget planning, cost estimation, pay processes and industrial relations activities within scope of work.
C- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefit practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and firm objectives.
D- Provide advisory service to the Business, wider HR and Line Managers on pay policy matters. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to ensure everyone is kept up to date.
A- Experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits : 8+ Years.
B– Degree in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities).
