About Role:
As Vice President Base Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading the full range of Base Maintenance activities across our entire fleet. Ensuring that all scheduled and non-scheduled Base Heavy Maintenance conducted on our aircraft is to quality and industry standards and is managed in the most efficient, productive and cost effective manner.

Responsibilities:
A- Plan and manage the maintenance undertaken within Base Maintenance ensuring all activities undertaken are performed in compliance with technical and quality standards as approved by the UAE GCAA and other Regulatory Authorities.
B- Ensure that sufficient equipment and resources are available and prepared to perform all maintenance activities required within Base Heavy Maintenance strategic growth plans.
C- Critically examine and challenge working practices within the Base Heavy Maintenance value stream whilst developing new and improved maintenance practices and procedures.
D- Implement the necessary change management that will ensure sections can meet fleet expansion, product development programs and achievement of corporate strategic goals.

Requirements:
A- Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills in the below areas:- In-depth exposure to the heavy maintenance environment.
B- Managing a diverse multicultural team.
C- Project Management in heavy maintenance.
