1- Manager, Employee Relations
Full Time

Responsibilities:
To assist the Director, Employee Relations to create and implement strategic employee relations programs to build commitment and passion among all colleagues that they will always be fairly treated, and that Human Resources is a safe haven. To assist the Director, Employee Relations to proactively put initiatives in place that will reduce employee turnover, increase employee engagement and contribute towards Atlantis Dubai becoming an employer of choice. Manage the day to day operations and oversee the administration of the Employee Relations function and contribute to key HR projects.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University, fully CIPD qualified. 6 to 8 years of HR Management experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization. Experience working in a generalist HR department ideally as a HR Manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to shape narratives and public messages, outstanding inter-personal skills, ability to consistently meet deadlines, strong leadership with a collaborative style of managing & leading; with a focus on team-building & team-work.
