1- FM Estimation Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Full accountability of profitable submission/ proposals to the relevant stakeholders’
B- Optimize management of resources to maintain productiveness and effectiveness in all possible aspects in order to reach cost efficiency during tenders’ preparation.
C- Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
Requirements:
A. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
B. Significant market research and analytical skills.
C. Expert knowledge of estimating strategies, techniques, and UAE standards and regulations.
D. 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management estimating, tendering preferably in GCC/UAE.
E. Additional experience in MEP, fitout, infrastructure will be an advantage.
F. Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
