About Roads and Transport Authority:
The Roads and Transport Authority, commonly known as RTA, is the major independent government roads & transportation authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1- Office Manager – Executive Director of the Traffic and Roads Corporation
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Manage the arrangement for all internal and external meetings, Reception of VIP visitors and auditors and participate in events, conferences and meetings, prepare, approve and distribute minutes of meeting and follow up the recommendations.
B- Coordinate the activities of the CEO’s office and ensure the image of the office is presentable to the outside world.
C- Review and approve all outgoing and incoming correspondences to the CEO.
D- Assign and prioritize work in keeping with staff skill levels, workloads and completion time frames, and monitor progress of staff.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering  from a recognized university.
B- 7 years of relevant experience.
C- Highly analytical thinking, demonstrating talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving and simplifying multiple work processes.
D- An innovative problem solver, capable of finding workable solutions and resolving complaints.
