1- Facilities Manager – Fashion & Furniture Industries

Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Ensure all MAF Lifestyle premises meets security, cleanliness, health and safety requirements and comply with legislation.
B- Manage all facilities preventative and predictive maintenance programs, including scope of work, specifications, SLA’s, management of vendors, and quality assessments.
C- Manage and track service provider’s performance ensuring high level standards are met.
D- Manage all adhoc activities on timely manner ensuring minimum disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
A- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Electro Mechanical.
B- Certification in H&S is a must.
C- 5+ years’ experience in retail industry, minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.
