1- F&B Sales Agent
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service always.
B– Fully knowledgeable about F&B Outlets, rates, promotions, programs, hotel facilities and services
C- Monitor F&B Offerings in the city
D- Manage systems that are set up within reservations department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls
Requirements:
A- Hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude.
B- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
C- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational star class resort property.
D- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
