1- Manager – Financial Modelling

Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Create, develop, and update corporate consolidated and project level financial models according to corporate business and forecast requirements.
B- Create, develop, and update user-friendly operational project level models for day-to-day operation use of the client.
C- Take raw data from numerous sources and convert into meaningful data that can be used for forecasting in financial models.
D- Experience of working within both traditional and agile project environments with high degree of ambiguity and a track record of high-quality delivery.
Requirements:
A- Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification or experience in finance, economics, or accounting.
B- 8+ years’ experience within the financial advisory, with specific experience in Financial Modelling.
C- Strong understanding of the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
D- Ideally an appropriate professional qualification like CFA or master degree in finance is desirable.
