1- UAE National – Fire Fighting Engineer – AFET
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Review the scope of work & tender document in compliance to specification and civil defence requirement
B- Preparation of bill of quantities, detailed cost estimates and hydraulic calculations
C- Site survey and attending the technical meeting with the client and consultant and raise RFI.
D- Send RFQ for equipment/materials, suppliers subcontractors & prepare technical evaluation sheet.
E- Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures.
Requirements:
A- Engineering Degree Holder – Mechanical.
B- Fresh graduate with up to 2 years preferred experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management.
C- Must have Civil Defence License.
D- Knowledge of NFPA and UAE Fire Code.
