Job Description:
A Fitness/Wellness Instructor is responsible for assisting and advising on exercise technique, overall health, and diet to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Responsibilities:
A- Encourage members and guests to feel motivated for fitness by building relationships and advising on exercise technique, overall health, and diet.
B- Conduct inductions with new members and guests.
C- Advise members on specific training needs and up-sell personal training sessions if required
D- Responsible for carrying out extracurricular classes.
E- Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required.
F- Ensure all users follow safe gym practices, enforcing safety regulations.

Requirements:
A- Strong interpersonal skills.
B- Personal training qualification or similar.
C- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
D- Good knowledge of up-to-date approaches to health and fitness.
E- Passion for fitness.
