Job Duties & Responsibilities:
A- Supervise Room Attendants.
B- Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
C- Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members.
D- Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
E- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
F- Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.

Requirements:
A. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
B. Experience in managing/supervising a team in a similar role.
C. Experience in the hotel/cleaning industry.
D. Good oral and written communication.
E. Previous experience in Hosting Service (Governance).
