Job Description:
Hilton Ras al Khaimah Beach Resort is seeking for a General Manager who will be responsible for managing the Hotel Executive team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
Responsbilities:
A- Manage ongoing profitability of your hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
B- Lead in all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
C- Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered.
Requirements:
A- Experience as General Manager within a similar Resort hotel.
B- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar Resort property.
C- Proven experience in delivering results with an eye for details and quality.
