Job Requirements:
a- Technical and applied knowledge of the luxury fashion, beauty and retail industry alongside strong marketing and business development skills.
b- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategy from pre-launch preparation to full commercialization and profit realization.
c- A successful track record of delivering on commitments and maximizing financial returns of growth businesses through the development of a strategic vision and the execution of operating plans.
d- Experience of implementing and optimizing Omnichannel services within a similar retail environment.
e- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
f- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting insights & drawing conclusions to inform business decision making.
