1. Lead territory account planning process that aligns partner and Google resources to maximize opportunities.
2. Drive consistent growth by managing the business cycle.
3. Manage end-to-end complex business-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate customers.
4. Build and deepen executive relationships with customers, and bring to Google your mature cross-organization relationships to help us grow into new organizations. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5 years of experience with quota carrying software sales and strategic account management at an enterprise B2B software company.
3. 7 years of experience selling Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software.
4. Experience leading cross-functional teams including inside sales representatives, sales engineers, partner sales managers, and external partners.
5. Ability to work with sales engineers and customers’ technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
