Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of engineers with experience in machine learning and natural language processing to enable new answer features or improve the quality of the team’s data offering.
2. Drive task planning, architecture, design, code, code reviews for various technical projects.
3. Build end-to-end features for Search and Assistant.
4. Create metrics to track guidance and assistance quality.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practice experience.
2. 10 years of software development experience, or 8 years with a relevant advanced degree.
3. Software development experience in C++. Python or Java.
4. Experience with the following: machine learning models, distributed machine learning, recommendation systems and natural language processing.
