1- Call Center Employee
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Responding to customer communications with the Community Development Authority and clarifying services and information according to inquiries or transferring calls to those concerned in the Authority in accordance with the highest levels of excellence to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
B- Respond to customer communications efficiently and effectively through various means of communication such as phone, e-mail, electronic chat, website, social networking sites) and ensure that the response is according to the approved time indicators for the contact centers in the authority.
C- Transferring phone calls and e-mails to those concerned with the authority in accordance with the requests and inquiries requested from customers, and following them up if necessary.
D- Any other tasks and competencies within the scope of the job’s responsibilities
Requirements:
A- High School.
B- Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
C- 2 years experience.
