1- Cluster Government Relations Officer – Pre-opening Embassy Suites
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for all applications of visas (Guest /Team Members) and cancellations and deal directly with immigration department for visa matters for team members, management and support for key personnel families.
B- Maintain good relations and visits to the owning company, immigration, DTCM, health department, ministry of information, traffic police as well as all government departments and ministries.
C- Provides assistance on police and court cases, as well as issues related to immigration and labour and other related matters.
D- Keep records of passports and visa expiry dates, inform team members in advance of passport expiry dates and extend/renew visas prior to expiry dates.
Requirements:
A- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Arabic & English.
B- Must have previous experience in Dubai in a five or four stars hotel as Government Relation Officer for at least 5 years.
C- Previous experience in a high scale hotel cluster / multi brand complex is an advantage.
