Job Description:
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
Responsibilities:
A- Co-ordinate and handle all group requirements and activities once the group contract has been established.
B- Maintain close relationship with group leaders and co-ordinate and finalize group requirements with them.
C- Build and maintain group files for arriving groups and ensure correct information is received for group profiles.
Requirements:
A- You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences within the Reservation Department within a hotel. Â
B- Â Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essentials. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are highly appreciated.
C– The ideal candidate will be customer driven and with an extremely proactive and focused personality and an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.Â
