Job Description:
A- To enhance the pavilion guest experience through engaging and fun interactions showcasing your positive attitude and pride of ownership of the host role.
B- Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders throughout the whole of Expo site, including guests, clients and colleagues at all times, exceeding their expectations.
C- Fully understanding the content, values and wider cultural significance of the pavilion acting as the face of the nation.
D- Meeting and greeting guests, able to assist with queries and provide satisfactory solutions throughout the whole pavilion.
Skills:
A- The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.
B- Eloquent, extroverted and enjoys talking to people.
C- Confident with a willingness to learn.
D- A very good understanding of the English language.
