1- Guest Relations Manager – UAE National Only

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service.
B- Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
C- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
D- To handle guest complaints and proactively involve in operations to avoid them in future.
Requirements:
A- Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE .
B- An entry level role for a passionate and dynamic hotelier.
C- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
D- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
