1- Guest Service Agents – Aviation
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
A- Provide excellent customer service to the passengers.
B- Assist passengers throughout the check-in process.
C- Report any problems/concerns with the check-in process to the team leader.

Requirements:
A- Minimum English Language Level 4 (as per Transguard English standards).
B- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. Additional languages German, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, French-speaking would be an advantage.
C- Minimum 2 year of customer service experience.
