About The Role:
Primary expectation from the Head Captain role is to deliver exceptional standard of service and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues by demonstrating deep knowledge of Nobu food and beverage items. You will drive the training needs based on the Nobu sequence of service in relations to the brand standard and have flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. As Head Captain in Nobu you will provide hands on support to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager and assistance to colleagues in order to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests.

About You:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality with a minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Captain or Supervisor role. We’re looking for candidates with extensive fine dining environment exposure and with a proven track record of working in high volume venues. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience working in luxury environment, supervising diverse teams and have the ability to work under pressure.
