1- Head of Emerging Markets Government Relations and Public Policy
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Directs and oversees government relations/public policy in emerging markets region – especially Pakistan from strategic, short, medium, and long-term goal planning.
B- Leads the team in managing the dynamic and changing market dynamics within the sub-regional countries, based on evolving opportunities and risks.
C- Proactively identify emerging and significant policy issues with the team, alert concerned internal teams about them and address any issues.
D– Cross-functionally and strategically work with internal stakeholders such as communications, legal, business, marketing, and the broader policy team.

Requirements:
A- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A post-graduate qualification is desirable.
B- An education background in law or public policy is a plus.
C- Ideally 15-20 years of demonstrated experience managing public policy and/or government relations, advocacy work, and government / private sector partnerships.
D- A vast understanding of emerging markets’ content market and the technology sector
