Job Responsibilities:
A- The role is responsible to lead and generate new business opportunities in UAE. The role entails creating a strategic approach to gaining access to our target segments for WPB. The role also is responsible to develop a EBS strategy in UAE in alignment with GB/CMB colleagues.
B- Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader.
C- Key responsibility includes identifying partnerships, internally and externally by leveraging the Banks ecosystem i.e. CMB, GB, GPB, Events, Webinars, etc.
D- Monitor relationship profitability regularly and ensure that the return is commensurate with the type of client.

Responsibilities:
A- Relevant experience within product, sales and/or marketing roles.
B- Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions.
C- Familiarity with international corridors and immigrant expectations/needs related to banking and wealth.
D- Experience addressing the needs of internationally mobile high net worth clients (includes expats) and their banking and wealth needs preferred.
E- Language skills preferred: English and Arabic.
