1- Head of Marketing & Visual Merchandising | ACE Hardware | AF RetailÂ

About The Role:
Will be responsible to lead all Marketing activities for ACE in UAE and Qatar to develop, plan and implement marketing strategies and programs aimed at promoting the products/brands to help enhance and grow business volumes and increase brand equity and awareness. Accountable for the end to end management of Trading and Merchandising Operations and Strategies to achieve ACE revenue target and associated KPIs (Forecast, Revenues, Merchandising, Content, related KPIs). The JH will manage Visual Dept under their umbrella of responsibilities.
Requirements:
A- Must possess at least a bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in marketing/ advertising or other related fields.
B- A minimum of 8 years’ managerial experience specializing in 360 marketing channels with an understanding of emerging marketing channels.
C- Preferably someone with experience in retail.
