About Role:
As Engineering Supervisor, you are responsible for the management of activities within the department, ensuring the standards and objectives of the department are implemented and maintained in equipment operation, staff management, and product quality to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
A- Conduct applicant screening and interviews for Engineering positions.
B- Make recommendations as to hiring, advancement, discipline, and promotion to chief engineer.
C- Ensures department spending held within budgetary limits on line spending.
D- Staff training, assignments, and supervision.
E- Monitors equipment and special preventative maintenance standards to ensure quality product.
F- Ensures building code and quality standards at departmental and interdepartmental levels.
Requirements:
A- Knowledge of building management/engineering.
B- A degree in Engineering or similar.
C- Positive attitude.
D- Good communication skills.
E- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
