Job Description:
Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
Responsibilities:
A- Allocate work duties to Team Members.
B- Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
C- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
D– Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
E- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects.
Requirements:
A- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
B- A successful track record of managing a team.
C- Strong organizational and analytic skills.
D- An attention to details.
E- Strong communication skills.
