1– Application Specialist – HR | Enterprise IT

About The Role:
A- To manage, consult, teach, troubleshoot, setup and maintain respective domain solutions to agreed service level standards.
B- Investigates and develops specifications for system changes to handle workloads and high availability.
C- Develops and maintains documentation for Technical solution modifications.
D- Liaise with software suppliers and the Change Management team for problem resolution and deployment of system changes.
E- Number and severity of security incidents and breaches.
Requirements:
A- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
B- 5-7 years’ experience in SAP HR implementation and support.
C- 3-5 years’ experience in Success factors (RCM & RMK, PMGM, Onboarding)
D- Experience of Employee central and time-off would be added advantage
E- Knowledge of On-premise integration with Success factors.
