1- HR Bid Consultant (3 month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to provide support to HR, Bid Directors/Bid Teams and Business Development Director setting people related standards, compliance and policies for areas of Business Development.
Key Accountabilities:
A- Supports the design of and is then responsible for, implementation of HR policies to support business development activity including HR BD Support Handbook, Transition Services framework, HR Bid Collateral matrix, processes & standards etc.
B– Organisational structure design.
C- Employee transfer process design for Nationals and Non-Nationals.
D- Employee data analysis (CTC etc.), attrition atc.
Requirements:
A– 7-10 years of experience in a corporate HR environment with exposure to Business Development and/or Bidding as well as policy/procedure/process development.
B– Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task and meet deadlines and schedules.
