Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Manage the onboarding process and ensure new joiners are oriented appropriately into Majid Al Futtaim culture and values.
B- Manage disciplinary and grievance investigations and ensuring company and legal compliance throughout.
C- Review and monitor HC related costs, gaining necessary approvals where required.
D- Responsible for the ability to use data to support business decision.
E- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
F- Accountable for overall HC related administrative activities for MAF Lifestyle.
G- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
