Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field. (CIPD certified is desirable).
b- Proven business partnering experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
c- Demonstrated experience in the effective delivery of people advice and strong business partner orientation.
d- Broad foundational knowledge of all aspects of People.
e- Good knowledge of employment law and handling complex employee relations matters.
f- Experience of managing projects at a region level across a broad range of areas and to deliver projects on time.
