1- HR Coordinator

About Role:
The position is responsible to facilitate the HR process across the locations in relation to employee benefits processing, managing location payroll & coordination with internal NFPC customers to provide administrative support in compliance with company policy and procedure,  responsible for maintaining monthly HR reports and providing HR service delivery.

Responsibilities:
A- Final exit clearance review and approval, End of service processing, Visa cancellations requests, Flight ticket arrangement (for entitled employees), Cancellations of medical insurance, hand-over of company properties-employee related.
B- Coordination with concerned department and corporate payroll ensuring that all the data related to monthly payroll to be submitted within the set deadlines.
C- Assist with internal / external HR related queries.

Requirements:
A- Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
B- Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws.
C- Experience in working on HRMS systems.
D- 3-5 years professional experience in HR at a Generalist level in a major company.
