Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support in the administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes partnering with the HR team to schedule new hire check-ins and exit interviews, as well as supporting the visa application/cancellation process for our employees. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel records within our HR Information System, Workday, and supporting the Reward Centre of Excellence team with assigned projects.
Requirements:
A- A Bachelor’s Degree.
B- A valid Emirates residency, under family or school sponsorship.
C- Solid experience in Microsoft Excel.
D- Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English & Arabic – written and verbal.
E- Attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
