1- Housing Administrator – Human Resources
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Ensure that all the assets of the colleague accommodation are well maintained with the high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
B- Ensure a colleague complaint is timely resolved.
C- Make sure the accommodation is clean on daily basis. 4. Maintain the stock inventory of the chemicals used and ordering them in advance under the supervision of the Accommodation manager.
D- Ensure the accommodation is properly clean & equipped for the new joiners.

Requirements:
A- You should have a High School certificate and at least one year of experiences in the same field.
B- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must.
C- The ideal candidate will be result oriented and a self-motivator along with a positive attitude.
D- You have the ability to think laterally and analytical, display a high level of integrity and have the ability to identify, impact and influence others.
