Job Description:
As Agent, Guest Services, you will ensure all guests needs are met and that they are assisted in a warm and personalized manner. You will keep a high energy and positive environment while working with a great team. Moreover, you will have need to have full knowledge of special promotions, events and resort activities at different times.
Requirements:
A- An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethics and desire to continuously learn and develop at our resort.
B- Previous Hospitality and Opera experience are a must to be a successful candidate.
C- Being in a culturally diverse city, additional languages are a plus.
