About Role:
The role of the Implementation & Care Specialist (ICS) Intern is to take responsibility for the Tool Services phase of our solution sales process (Hilti ON!Track). This includes partnering with Solution Consultants and Field Sales Teams in selling a successful implementation and building the customer relationship through the implementation of Tool Services. This internship is for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will make outside, face‐to‐face business activities in relation to Hilti’s ON!Track Tool Service Solution in order to grow a loyal customer base and strengthen the company’s position or market share.During Implementations you will work with our Solutions Consultant to define & manage overall project schedules and assign tasks/deadlines to the project team as necessary during execution. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate Hilti products and services in person, face‐to‐face, with customers and train our customers on Hilti Tool Service Solutions at all levels of the company.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
B- Experience in customer service or sales.
C- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
