1- IT Specialist – Information Technology
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems.
B- Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
C- Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment.
D- Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs and user accounts.
E- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
F- Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software.
Requirements:
A- Good level of spoken/written English.
B- Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (4-5 hotel).
