About Shangri-La Hotel:
Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts is the trading entity of Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited, a Hong Kong-based multinational hospitality company.
Responsibilities:
A- Ensure applications and hardware are operational.
B- Ensure IT daily / monthly / quarterly checklist & jobs are followed and completed.
C- Ensure daily back ups are taken and periodic restoration is done to test the accuracy of Backup.
D- Handle any IT services required by internal and external guest.
Requirements:
A- Minimum of two years as IT professional in a supervisory level, preferably in hotel environment.
B- Preferably has a degree in Information Technology or other related discipline.
C- Is professional, discreet and can handle confidential information.
D- Communicates and writes with fluency in English .
